The AI delivery lead is the client's single point of accountability: they run several workstreams at once, keep milestones on track, and lead the team from build through managed operation, training and handover.What you will doOwn the plan, budget and milestones across all workstreams, including running parallel workstreams to fixed deadlines.Lead weekly reporting and steering meetings with the client's senior team; manage risks, issues, changes and acceptance sign-offs.Allocate and track every team member's FTE by workstream and month, and arrange approved cover for any absence.Make sure every AI solution is properly governed: data residency, security standards, responsible-AI principles and audit trails.Run managed operation after go-live (service levels, incidents, change requests) and lead knowledge transfer so the client can run the solutions itself.Must haveSignificant experience as delivery or project lead on AI, automation or data platforms that reached production.Delivery experience with large UAE organisations, ideally in regulated sectors.Experience with Microsoft-based delivery (Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft 365).Formal method: PMP, PRINCE2, or agile certification (SAFe, PSM) with evidence of running hybrid plans.Fluent English; confident with senior client stakeholders.Must already be present in the UAE and available to start immediately (with 5 days notice).Nice to haveArabic.Experience in regulated industries such as energy, utilities or financial services.Knowledge of UAE data-protection and information-security standards.
