Responsibilities:Run technical discovery sessions to map the client's current data, systems, and AI readinessOwn requirements-to-scope translation — converting business pain into structured, buildable use casesDefine success criteria and evaluation methodology for the proposed solution before build startsDraft the technical narrative of the proposal/SOW — architecture summary, risk framing, delivery approachAssess technical compliance requirements (data residency, security, regulatory) during scopingPartner with the Field CTO/Solution Architect to validate that scope is technically buildable within budget and timelineManage the day-to-day client relationship during the pursuit so technical staff stay focused on the buildFacilitate stakeholder workshops across client business and technical functionsMaintain the qualification and pursuit tracker for the Head of Presales & SolutioningOwn change-management framing for the proposed solution — how the client's org will need to adaptLead or co-lead client oral presentations, translating technical scope into a business case executives approveRequirements:15–20 yrs in technology/solutions consulting with genuine, deep exposure to AI/ML or data projectsEnough technical grounding to hold a credible architecture conversation — not just relay requirementsSkilled in structured discovery methodologies (design thinking, use-case prioritization, jobs-to-be-done)Working understanding of technical compliance/regulatory frameworks relevant to AI (data residency, EU AI Act, sector rules)Familiar with major cloud AI platforms — Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI — for scoping conversations; open-source awareness a good-to-haveUnderstands delivery methodology well enough to scope a realistic PoC-to-production pathDemonstrated ability to write clearly for executive audiencesComfortable running structured workshops under time pressure with senior client stakeholdersStrong facilitation and active-listening skills — surfaces the real problem, not just the stated oneExecutive-ready presentation skills for client oral defense sessionsDiplomatic under pressure — manages scope-creep conversations without damaging the relationshipSuccess metrics: proposal/SOW cycle time and quality (fewer redlines) · client satisfaction during the pursuit phase, independent of win/loss · scope accuracy at handover to delivery
