We are looking for an experienced AI / GenAI Developer to build a production AI assistant for railway passengers. You will work across frontend and backend components using modern GenAI and agentic technologies, including LLM-based applications, Tool-Calling Loops, Context & Harness engineering, RAG, MCP servers and enterprise AI platforms in an international environment.🚀 Project Development of a production AI assistant for railway passengers Development of frontend and backend components of the solution Design and implementation of solutions based on LLMs, agentic engineering and Tool-Calling Loops Work with Context & Harness engineering, RAG and MCP servers Integration of enterprise AI platforms and different data sources Collaboration with project teams, decision-makers and stakeholders in an international environment🎯 Skills More than 3 years of experience with production LLM-based applications More than 3 years of experience with agentic engineering More than 1 year of experience with Tool-Calling Loops More than 1 year of experience combining LLMs with deterministic code and Context & Harness engineering Experience communicating with project teams, decision-makers and stakeholders 2 relevant reference projects German A2 and English B2💡 Nice to have AI development with governance, security and compliance requirements Observability, monitoring, tracing and evaluation of AI applications Enterprise AI platforms, AI gateways, prompt management and model governance Multi-agent architectures RAG and integration of different data sources Multi-agent orchestration MCP server design and operation
