We are building a next- generation AI development hub in Singapore — one that combines deep enterprise expertise with agent-based AI execution to create measurable outcomes for clients globally.The OpportunityMosaic is building a global AI delivery capability for enterprise clients across energy, utilities, manufacturing, and workforce transformation. As a Mid-level AI Developer, you will own the end-to-end build of AI and agentic solutions on live client engagements — from problem framing and solution design through to deployment and evaluation. You will work closely with senior team members and client stakeholders, with real ownership over the solutions you ship.What You Will DoDesign and build RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and multi-step AI systems for enterprise clientsWire up agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent) with tool-calling, guardrails, and output validationIntegrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms including SAP, Salesforce, UKG, and cloud data pipelinesTranslate vague business problems into scoped AI solutions — weighing feasibility, cost, and riskRun client workstreams: gather requirements, manage stakeholder relationships, and present findings that drive decisionsApply classical ML (forecasting, anomaly detection, gradient boosting) alongside GenAI where it is the right toolMentor junior analysts and contribute to Mosaic's reusable delivery patterns and internal IPWhat We Are Looking For3–5 years building and shipping software, data, or AI solutions, with at least one AI/ML product taken into production (not just a proof of concept)Hands-on GenAI and agentic work in the last 12–24 months: RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, evalsStrong Python, comfort with APIs, and hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Experience with frontier LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, or equivalent)Ability to work independently, manage a client workstream, and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholdersA strong ML, data science, or data engineering background transfers directly — bring both that and your GenAI experienceMust be authorised to work in Singapore — sponsorship is not available for this roleNice to HaveFamiliarity with enterprise platforms (SAP, Salesforce, UKG, Workday) or vendor AI extensions (SAP Joule, Salesforce Agentforce)Experience with vector stores, embeddings, and safe handling of client data in production environmentsDomain exposure in enterprise asset management, workforce management, or field servicesWhy Join MosaicOwn meaningful AI workstreams on live client engagements — not internal toolingWork at the intersection of deep enterprise context and cutting-edge agentic AISmall senior team, real influence over how the practice is built and runGlobal scope from day oneFlexible working arrangement and competitive compensation
