Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop predictive models to support personalization, churn prevention, pricing, and campaign optimization initiativesDesign, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and other controlled experimentsAnalyze large-scale datasets to identify user behavior patterns, growth opportunities, and operational efficienciesCommunicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersCollaborate closely with data engineers to deploy and integrate models into production environmentsMonitor, validate, and continuously improve model performance using appropriate evaluation techniquesDesign and implement AI-powered workflow automations to improve operational efficiency and business processesWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or a related fieldStrong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniquesExperience with recommendation systems, clustering, or time series forecastingProficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, etc.) and SQLStrong interest in emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM-based applicationsExperience designing and analyzing A/B tests and experimentation frameworksAbility to communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and actionable mannerProduct and growth-oriented mindset with experience analyzing GA4 and event-based product analytics data to generate actionable business insightsExperience building or contributing to AI-powered solutions and workflow automations is a strong plusFamiliarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures is a plusProfessional working proficiency in English
