Location: Sunnyvale, CA Work Mode: Onsite/Hybrid – Sunnyvale, CA Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Financial ServicesJob SummaryWe are seeking a talented AI Developer with strong Python expertise to join our technology team in Sunnyvale, CA.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing AI/ML applications using Python, working with modern Generative AI technologies, and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.The candidate should be comfortable working across the AI development lifecycle, from data preparation and model integration to application development, testing, deployment, and optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain AI/ML applications using Python.Develop and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based solutions for business applications.Build AI services, APIs, and backend components using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.Work with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.Integrate AI models and services from platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.Develop data processing and transformation pipelines to support AI applications.Implement model evaluation, monitoring, testing, and performance optimization.Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders.Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented Python code.Develop REST APIs and integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications.Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, testing, and production deployments.Follow security, privacy, and compliance requirements relevant to financial services applications.Must-Have SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Python development.Experience building AI/ML or Generative AI applications.Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, prompt engineering, and RAG.Experience with REST APIs and microservices.Experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face.Experience with at least one cloud AI platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, OpenSearch, Weaviate, or FAISS.Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.Experience with AWS Bedrock or Azure OpenAI.Experience developing AI solutions within financial services/banking environments.Knowledge of AI security, responsible AI, and data privacy practices.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field.5+ years of software development experience, with significant hands-on Python development.Experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI solutions in enterprise environments.
