Duties & Responsibilities: -The AI Specialization Graduate Trainee will:Support the implementation of AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.Assist in identifying business challenges and opportunities where AI technologies can improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.Participate in the development, testing, and deployment of AI-powered solutions and proof-of-concept projects.Analyze data and generate insights to support business and operational objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and recommend AI-enabled solutions.Support the adoption and effective use of AI tools, including Generative AI and automation platforms.Prepare project documentation, training materials, presentations, and user guides related to AI initiatives.Monitor the performance of AI solutions and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.Stay informed on emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices and share relevant insights with stakeholders.Perform other duties and participate in projects as assigned.Qualifications (Include education, experience, technical, travel and language requirements)Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Demonstrated interest in AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation projects.Experience / Technical Requirements Recent graduate or relevant experience. Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Process Automation concepts. Familiarity with AI and digital productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, ChatGPT, or similar technologies. Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, or equivalent. Understanding of business process improvement, workflow automation, and data-driven decision-making. Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and visualization principles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn emerging technologies and digital solutions.Language requirementsFluency in English
