Senior AI Scientist (TR-AX project lead)Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced AI Scientist to lead the development of an AI-driven Translational Research (TR) Platform for next-generation CNS drug development. As a pharmaceutical company building an AI-native R&D ecosystem, we aim to integrate AI agents, mechanistic modeling, biomedical foundation models, and Digital Twin technologies into a unified decision-making platform.In this role, the successful candidate will lead scientific strategy and technical execution across AI-driven translational research initiatives. The position offers the opportunity to establish a scalable AI platform that supports candidate prioritization, human translation, clinical decision-making, and future Digital Twin capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the scientific development of the AI-driven Translational Research (TR-AX) platform.Design AI workflows integrating AI agents, PBPK/QSP models, biomedical foundation models, and Digital Twin technologies.Develop AI methodologies for candidate prioritization, human PK prediction, translational modeling, and clinical decision support.Collaborate with pharmacologists, toxicologists, AI engineers, and software teams to build production-ready scientific AI solutions.Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies and external scientific platforms into the TR ecosystem.Define technical roadmaps, validation strategies, and project milestones for AI-driven translational research.Present technical strategies and scientific progress to cross-functional leadership.Required QualificationsPh.D. or M.S. in Artificial Intelligence, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or related fields.8-15 Years of experience, including 6+ years of Hands-on experience developing AI/ML solutions for drug discovery, translational research, or biomedical applications.Strong expertise in deep learning, LLMs, multimodal AI, or foundation models.Strong programming skills in Python.Experience leading multidisciplinary AI projects.Excellent scientific communication and collaboration skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with PBPK, PK/PD, QSP, or Model-Informed Drug Development (MIDD).Experience developing AI agents or autonomous scientific workflows.Experience with biomedical foundation models or Digital Twin technologies.Experience in CNS drug discovery or translational research.Publications or patents in AI or computational biology.2. AI Engineer (TR-AX - Agentic AI Platform)Role SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to develop an enterprise-scale Agentic AI platform supporting AI-native drug discovery and translational research.
