We’re looking for a driven PHY SW Engineer to join our R&D team and help develop advanced, carrier-grade 4G cellular communication solutions that push performance, reliability, and AI driven development forward.What you will do:Design and build high-performance digital processing software for the baseband modemOptimize, debug, and root-cause complex real-time issues in carrier-grade systemsIntegrate, test, and bring up software modules all the way into the productHelp shape software architecture for advanced cellular PHY solutionsApply agentic software development and LLM-based workflowsWhat you should have:2+ years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on C++ and object-oriented designExcellent C++ skills and solid Python experienceHands-on experience with agentic software development and LLM-based workflows, with a basic understanding of AI internals and RAGConfidence working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practicesNice to have:Arm architecture experienceAVX, Neon, or SIMD programming backgroundKubernetes experienceMATLAB experienceKnowledge of 4G/5G 3GPP standards or similar technologiesBackground in digital signal processing or wireless PHY layer technologiesEducation:BSc in Electronics, Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Signal Processing, or another relevant engineering discipline.Parallel Wireless is expanding the ecosystem for Open RAN with the GreenRAN™ energy-efficient Hardware-Agnostic technology.
