The team supports systems related to Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing functions within a multi-national organization. This short engagement forms part of Client’s workforce transformation and the upskilling of the Corporate Platforms team. The consultant will find practical efficiency opportunities in day-to-day work, build the team’s confidence through brown bag sessions, and help create agents and skills the team can keep using after the engagement ends, all within Client’s AI governance and data handling requirements. Objectives:Identify and priorities where AI can save time across business-as-usual (BAU) work, operational support and administrative tasks.Raise the team’s practical fluency with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork and Copilot Studio so new habits stick.Deliver a small set of working agents, skills and reusable prompts that the team owns and can extend.Leave behind a governed, documented approach the team can sustain without external support.Key responsibilities:AreaWhat the consultant will doDiscovery and opportunity assessmentWork with team members in the US and UK to map day-to-day BAU, operational support and administrative work. Identify efficiency opportunities, including areas where the team already has the skills but lacks access to the right tools or the opportunity to apply them, and priorities them by value and effort.Enablement and brown bag sessionsPlan, organize and deliver a series of brown bag sessions that bring the team up to speed on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork and Copilot Studio, using real Corporate Platforms scenarios.
