The AI Enablement Lead is responsible for accelerating the adoption of AI and enabling new ways of working across the HR function. The role drives the successful deployment of AI-powered solutions, promotes Human + AI ways of working, and builds AI capability across the HR community.The incumbent will Co-lead the HR AI Champions Network, partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to identify and implement high-value AI use cases, and ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable improvements in productivity, employee experience, and business outcomes. The role will also support responsible AI governance, champion continuous improvement, and embed AI into the future HR operating model.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesAI Adoption & EnablementDevelop and execute the HR AI adoption strategy and roadmap.Co-lead the HR AI Champions Network across Group HR and Business Areas.Drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of AI tools and solutions within HR.Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.Work with HR Communications on communication and change management plans to support AI adoption.AI Use Cases & Productivity EnhancementIdentify, assess, and prioritize AI opportunities and translate HR business needs into AI use cases, requirements, process design, data needs and solution specifications.Drive the deployment and scaling of AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Develop best practices, playbooks, and frameworks for AI-enabled work.Support HR teams to adapt to new work methods and operating practices.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR productivity and effectiveness.Measure productivity gains, AI adoption, utilization, and value realization.AI Capability BuildingPartner with Learning & Development to build AI fluency and capability across the HR function.Facilitate workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and communities of practice.Coach HR teams on effective and responsible use of AI tools.AI Governance & Risk ManagementImplement responsible AI governance practices within HR.Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, data privacy standards, and ethical AI principles.Partner with HR Technology, Legal, Risk & Compliance, Internal Audit, Group Information Security and related departments on governance matters.Develop AI policies, guidelines, controls, and operating standards for HR.Stakeholder & Vendor ManagementBuild strong partnerships with HR leaders, HR Technology, IT, Digital, and business and senior stakeholders.Evaluate emerging AI technologies and solutions relevant to HR.Manage relationships with vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery and business value realization.Key RequirementsEducation & ExperienceDegree in Information Systems, Technology, or a related discipline.15-20 years of experience in HR technology, digital HR transformation, change management, process improvement, or related areas.Proven experience leading AI, digital, or technology adoption initiatives. Good knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and related HR modules.Experience implementing HR Technology, digital solutions and driving change across large complex organizations.Experience using AI, automation, and digital tools to improve productivity and business outcomes with platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dataiku, Google Enterprise AI etc.Experience working with HR processes, employee experience programmes, and HR technology platforms.Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.Experience in running pilots, proof-of-concepts, user testing, deployment and value tracking.Ability to evaluate AI solutions based on scalability, security, usability, integration complexity, cost and business value.
