AI Enablement Lead

Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on.We are now hiring an AI Enablement Lead, based in Stockholm.You will help every team at Syntrace build, use and govern AI well, from the engineers shipping our models to the people selling, supporting and running the company. The mandate is broad.Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it. The same standard applies internally: how we use AI internally is your responsibility.What you will be doing:Build:- Coordinate internal tools and agents with our engineers, translating what teams need into technical direction and keeping projects moving.Enable:- Run training, workshops and documentation that help teams actually adopt AI.- Build a network of people across the company who push this forward with you.- Provide the day-to-day support that makes enablement land instead of stalling.Govern:- Draft and operationalize guidelines, access policies and usage guardrails, together with our CISO.- Put the standards in place that let us move fast without taking risks we do not understand.What you bring:- A technical foundation, with enough coding exposure to hold your own with engineers.- A few years in a fast-moving environment: operations, strategy, product, consulting or program management. Shape matters more than title.- Genuinely AI-native, or clearly on the way. You reach for these tools by default and want to go deeper.- A true generalist, comfortable moving between strategy, delivery and people work in the same day.- Exceptional learning speed, and a low-ego, collaborative style.Nice to have:- Exposure to finance, or another regulated and high-trust environment.- Experience with agent platforms, workflow tools or low-code AI.- A track record of starting something from scratch.What you get:- A founding role with real ownership.- A senior team that has scaled companies before.To apply, send a short note to careers@syntrace.com about yourself.If you know someone who should read this, send it to them.
