AI Enablement Manager

🚀 We are looking for an AI Enablement Lead to structure and scale AI adoption inside a leading global technology company, across both technical and non technical teams.🎯 The challengeAI adoption inside large organizations rarely fails on models, it fails on architecture, governance and enablement. You will reinforce an internal AI Enablement team (not tied to product development) with the mandate to turn scattered AI usage into a company wide operating model: agentic architecture, governance standards, and a roadmap with measurable success criteria.🛠️ ResponsibilitiesAssess the existing AI landscape and current level of AI adoption, working with teams across the company to map their needs.Build an actionable AI enablement framework and define measurable success criteria and KPIs.Architect solutions for agentic frameworks and define their architecture and operating model.Implement the AI governance framework: standards, security, controls and internal adoption strategy.Lead workshops and training sessions for technical and non technical audiences.Pilot initial AI enablement projects, set up feedback loops for AI tools, and scale what works across departments.Contribute to the potential implementation of an AI Gateway to manage multiple LLMs.Work with the existing internal environment (sandbox or playground, tools, agents and skills built to improve day to day work).Support the growth of the AI Enablement team and contribute to long term AI strategy.✅ RequirementsMid to senior level, with hands on experience implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments.Experience with agentic frameworks and the ability to define their architecture and operating model.Solid knowledge of AI governance: standards, security, best practices, control and internal adoption.Ability to set a framework, roadmap and success criteria for the team.Real experience that lets you bring in best practices. Having held an "AI Enablement" title is not required.Autonomy and capacity to support team growth.TypeScript and Python. Knowledge of architectures and frameworks weighs more than any specific language.English (mandatory working language).
