Position: AI Enabler - Implementation & Business TransformationDepartment: Founders OfficeLocation: BKC, MumbaiABOUT THE ROLEA high-ownership role embedded in the Founders Office. You will be the bridge between Treelife's strategic priorities and the AI tools and workflows that bring them to life. No coding required - this is a business role for someone deeply fluent in how AI tools work and how to deploy them to solve real operational problems.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESExecution and Deployment (No-Code / Low-Code)Implement AI workflows using tools such as Make, Zapier, Notion AI, Claude, and ChatGPTBuild prompt libraries, SOPs, and AI-assisted templates for use across practice teamsCoordinate with external vendors for custom builds; own timelines and rollout communicationOptimisation and Delivery ExcellenceTrack AI adoption metrics - time saved, error reduction, and output quality - and report to leadershipIterate on deployed workflows based on user feedback; identify and fix bottlenecks in client deliveryMaintain documentation, training decks, and user guides for all deployed AI toolsFounders Office SupportPrepare briefing notes, research, and decision-support materials for the foundersMonitor the AI and startup ecosystem; surface relevant tools, partnerships, or competitive insightsSupport cross-functional strategic initiatives driven out of the Founders OfficeWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR2 to 4 years in consulting, strategy, operations, or a business-facing role at a start-upsFinance or business graduate; MBA from a reputed institution preferredHands-on experience implementing AI tools in a business context - not theoretical familiarityExperience in operations and working closely with foundersStructured thinker with strong written communication and ability to present to senior stakeholdersHigh ownership mentality; comfortable working directly with foundersFamiliarity with tools such as Make, Zapier, Notion, Claude, ChatGPT, or Airtable is a strong plus
