Joining Nova Post Europe means contributing to a growing, international logistics ecosystem focused on efficiency, innovation, and customer service.Role Description This full-time, on-site/hybrid role in Ukraine / EU combines responsibilities of an AI Engineer, AI Architect, and AI Consultant to design, build, and optimize AI solutions that enhance logistics, operations, and customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include researching and prototyping AI models, designing system architectures that integrate neural networks and NLP components, and implementing production-grade software for pattern recognition and automation. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, translating them into technical requirements, and advising on AI strategy and best practices. The AI professional will work closely with IT, data, and product teams to deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI-driven services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business goals.QualificationsStrong background in Computer Science and Software Development, including experience with modern programming languages and software engineering best practices.Hands-on expertise in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, with experience designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models.Practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text analysis, conversational AI, and integration of language models into applications.Ability to act as an AI Architect and Consultant, defining AI solution architectures, advising stakeholders, and aligning technical designs with business objectives.Experience deploying AI systems into production (on-premises or cloud), with knowledge of MLOps, monitoring, and performance optimization.Familiarity with data pipelines, data quality practices, and working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly.Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industries is beneficial but not mandatory.
