AI Engineer - Up to £150KJoin a fast-growing AI software company building intelligent automation products for a large, highly regulated industry. This role sits at the core of the product team, owning AI-powered features from concept through to production.ResponsibilitiesBuild and deploy LLM-powered features end-to-end.Design and optimise prompts, evaluations, and model workflows.Develop agentic systems, tool integrations, and orchestration layers.Extract structured data from complex documents, PDFs, forms, and tables.Analyse model outputs, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.Work directly with customers to understand workflows and deliver impactful solutions.RequirementsExceptional engineering background from a leading technology company, AI organisation, startup, research lab, or similar environment.Strong Python skills and experience with modern LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI.Proven experience building production AI applications beyond simple chatbot interfaces.Deep understanding of prompt engineering, evaluations, structured outputs, and model behaviour.Ability to work across backend and frontend technologies with a strong product mindset.BenefitsHigh ownership and autonomy.Exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies.Competitive salary, equity, and significant career growth opportunities.This is an exceptional position - pls let me know if interested.
