AI Engineer

ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).Build AI Agents, RAG pipelines, and workflow automation to solve real business problems.Integrate LLMs with internal systems, APIs, databases, and third-party services.Develop scalable backend services and APIs to support AI applications.Build intuitive frontend interfaces for AI products using modern web frameworks.Optimize prompts, evaluate model performance, and improve response quality.Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to rapidly iterate on new features.Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI models, frameworks, and developer tools.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field3+ years of software engineering experienceStrong programming skills in Python or TypeScriptExperience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Next.jsExperience building backend services using Node.js, Python (FastAPI), or similar frameworksHands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar)Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI agents, function calling, MCP, RAG, vector databases, or orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex)Experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, Docker, and cloud platformsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
