The company specializes in AI-powered products, full-stack web platforms, and mobile development.We have delivered projects in sectors such as education, retail, media, fitness, and fintech, earning back-to-back TechBehemoths Awards for Custom Software Development in 2024 and 2025.Role DescriptionYou will design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions, with a focus on NLP, computer vision, and LLM-based applications, as well as their integration into web and mobile products. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and prototyping pipelines, evaluating performance, and optimizing systems for scalability and reliability. The role involves close collaboration with product managers, software engineers, and clients to understand requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and iterate based on feedback.QualificationsStrong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and clean, maintainable code.Experience with web frameworks (Next.js, React) and integration of third-party applications.Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, information extraction, and working with LLM-based applications.Proficiency in modern LLM tooling and languages (e.g., AI SDK, LangChain, LangGraph) and familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Milvus, Pinecone, pgvector).Ability to design end-to-end agentic systems, from data collection and preprocessing to evaluation, monitoring, and iteration in real-world settings.Experience collaborating in distributed teams, strong communication skills, and a pragmatic, business-aware approach to technical decision-making.
