The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance business operations, improve customer experiences, and drive digital transformation across the organization.🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES🔹 Design, develop, and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions for real-world business applications.🔹 Build, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Model (LLM) applications, chatbots, and AI automation workflows.🔹 Develop AI-powered tools using Python and modern AI frameworks.🔹 Integrate AI models with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver innovative solutions.🔹 Evaluate, monitor, and improve AI model performance, accuracy, and reliability.🔹 Implement prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI workflow optimization techniques.🔹 Ensure AI solutions follow security, privacy, and ethical AI best practices.🔹 Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.✅ REQUIREMENTS🎓 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.💼 Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or in a similar AI-focused role.🤖 Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI.💻 Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.☁️ Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is an advantage.🔗 Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, Git, and modern software development practices.📊 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.🤝 Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.🌍 Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.🛂 Valid UAE Employment Visa / Work Authorization Required.⚠️ Candidates must have legal eligibility to work in the UAE.
