AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Design and develop AI-powered tools for JIRA, Confluence, specification-driven analysis, and automated technical documentation.Build and optimize automation workflows for COBOL, Java, SQL, and batch applications to improve engineering productivity.Implement AI-based safety guardrails and governance controls for environment-sensitive operations.Integrate AI solutions with CI/CD pipelines to enhance release quality, traceability, and deployment validation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI automation solutions and support enterprise software delivery.Required Skills:Strong hands-on experience in COBOL, Java, SQL, and Python with expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development.Proven experience building AI-driven automation solutions for enterprise engineering and software development workflows.Solid knowledge of SQL Server, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and CI/CD practices.Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, and technical documentation automation in enterprise environments.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.Please drop your CV to hema@kaizenglobaltechnologies.com.
