JOB OVERVIEWJOB TITLE: Mid-level AI EngineerYEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years into AI spaceSPECIFICATION: From IITs with overall 3-5 years' experienceWe are looking for AI Engineer (preferably from IITs) to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI-powered solutions across our products and platforms.Design, develop, and maintain scalable applicationsCollaborate with product and cross-functional teamsDrive best practices in coding, architecture, and deploymentMentor a team of software engineersAI & Product DevelopmentBuild and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions leveraging modern frameworks and LLMsDesign and implement scalable architectures including RAG pipelines, AI agents, and intelligent workflowsDevelop AI-powered applications using OpenAI, Azure AI, and emerging AI platformsCollaborate closely with product and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful featuresPlatform & InfrastructureDevelop and maintain APIs, microservices, and full-stack applications (React, Node.js)Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP)Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability in production systemsInnovationStay current with GenAI trends and rapidly evolving technologiesDrive POCs and introduce innovative AI-driven solutions into the product ecosystemEngineeringDrive technical design, architecture decisions, and end-to-end delivery of scalable systemsConduct code reviews and guide best practices across development teamsFoster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvementPreferred Requirements2-3 years of software engineering experience with at least 1 year(s) experience in lead roleStrong hands-on experience in Python and AI/ML frameworksExperience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI application architectureProficiency in APIs, microservices, and cloud platformsStrong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skillsExperience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworksExposure to GenAI, AI agents, and MLOps practicesExperience with vector databases and AI observability tools
