Where you are not just another number, but part of a constantly expanding team.We are more than 2430 Primers spread across the world, and we want one more: YOU.We are looking for a AI Engineer:Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunitiesDevelop and evaluate proof-of-concepts (PoCs) using machine learning, deep learning, and LLMsBuild and integrate LLM-based applications (e.g., chatbots, copilots, automation tools)Translate PoCs into scalable MVPs and production solutionsOptimize and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and efficiencyWork with stakeholders to iterate solutions based on feedbackIntegrate AI capabilities into products and existing systemsStay up to date with advancements in AI, especially LLMs and generative AIDocument processes and communicate results clearlyRequirementsDegree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fieldExperience in AI/ML engineering or similar rolesStrong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and LLMs (e.g., prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG)Experience with frameworks/tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChainProficiency in Python (Java is a plus)Familiarity with data libraries (NumPy, Pandas, etc.)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Strong problem-solving and communication skillsProactive, team-oriented, and detail-focusedLocation: Lisbon | PortoProject Type: National and/or internationalLevel of Experience: Mid (more than 6y)Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance+ Flex BenefitsIf you are ready for the next step in your career, send your CV to jobs@primeit.pt and join PrimeIT!
