Let's make every second count.18 years of experience. 2,360 employees. 20 offices and 2 Talent Hubs. 10 internal programmes designed with you in mind.We are looking for an AI Engineer!Location: Lisbon | PortoLevel of Experience: Mid (3 to 6 years)Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (base salary) + Food Allowance + Flex BenefitsMain Tasks:Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions and applications.Build and optimize Machine Learning and Generative AI models for business use cases.Develop and maintain AI pipelines, APIs, and automation workflows.Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications.Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.Monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of AI models in production.Contribute to best practices in AI development, MLOps, and Responsible AI.Technical Skills:Python.Machine Learning (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow and/or PyTorch).Experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar).Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar AI orchestration frameworks.Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate or similar).REST APIs (FastAPI or Flask).Docker and Kubernetes.Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).SQL and Git.Fluent in English.
