As a founding AI Engineer, you'll join a team who are passionate about making a difference.To be successful in the role, we're looking for:Experience building shipping AI features and/or systems in production at scale.Proficient with RAG, vector databases, memory systems, tool calling, LLM as a judge and guardrails.Strong understanding of ML fundamentals.Backend API development, preferably with NodeJS and NoSQL databases.Experience managing large and/or complex datasets, messy incomplete or time-series.Strong collaboration skills, speaking with technical and non technical stakeholders.If you're reading this thinking "that's mostly me but not all of it" we'd still like to hear from you.
