BudgetAIStudio focuses on making advanced AI practical, affordable, and easy to launch for businesses that want to scale through automation.Role Description The AI Engineer at BudgetAIStudio will design, build, and optimize AI solutions that power conversational agents, CRM automation, and voice-based workflows. This full-time, on-site role in Coimbatore involves developing and deploying machine learning models, integrating NLP and pattern recognition capabilities into production systems, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable features. Daily responsibilities include implementing and testing neural network architectures, improving model performance, working with APIs and microservices, and ensuring robust data pipelines for training and inference. The AI Engineer will also contribute to experimentation, documentation, and continuous improvement of AI components to enhance user experience and business outcomes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong foundations in Computer Science and practical experience in Software Development for building and deploying AI-driven applications.Candidates should possess skills in designing and implementing Neural Networks and applying Pattern Recognition techniques to real-world data and customer interaction workflows.Candidates should possess experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text understanding, intent detection, and conversational AI for chatbots and voice agents.Relevant programming skills in languages such as Python or JavaScript, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) are highly beneficial.Experience with cloud platforms, RESTful APIs, data processing, and version control (e.g., Git) is preferred.A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and deliver solutions in an agile, fast-paced environment is valued.
