Roles/Responsibilities:Contribute to design decisions for AI-assisted workflow builds — evaluating approaches, trade-offs, and technical feasibility, not just implementing a spec handed down.Own evaluation of AI/LLM-driven workflow automations — designing eval criteria, running and interpreting evals and using results to improve prompt/workflow design.Build and maintain automations/workflows on our low-code AI orchestration platform.Translate Claims business processes and operational requirements into scalable AI-enabled workflows.Integrate AI capabilities (LLMs, APIs) into workflow-builder-based and other automation pipelines.Work closely with platform/technical partners and the Claims team, communicating technical decisions and trade-offs to both technical and business stakeholders in an agile environment.Support the wider team's automation delivery where needed, in addition to the Evals/design remit above.Skills Needed:Meaningful hands-on AI/ML engineering experience — able to reason about model behaviour, prompt design, and evaluation methodology, not just consume AI via an API.Practical experience running or building LLM evaluation frameworks/pipelines, including designing meaningful eval metrics.Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms (N8N, Automation Anywhere, or similar) — experience with proprietary/vendor-specific workflow builders is a strong plus but not required going in.Ability to understand and translate business processes and operational requirements into scalable AI workflows.Strong problem-solving capability, able to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.Excellent stakeholder communication skills across technical and business teams.Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise workflows, including API orchestration and automation pipelines.Experience within Insurance or Claims operations would be highly beneficial but not essential.
