This position is with one of our clients in Romania who is actively hiring candidates to expand their teams.Job Title: AI EngineerExperience: 5+ YearsLocation: Gurugram / Noida / Hyderabad / Bangalore / Mohali / Panchkula / Navi MumbaiShift Timing: 5:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM ISTKey Technical RequirementsStrong hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks – LangChain, LangGraph, and multi-agent orchestration.Experience building AI agents / autonomous agentic workflows.Strong understanding of prompt injection prevention, token spend optimization, context window management, and memory management.Hands-on experience with RAGAS and automated AI/RAG evaluation pipelines.Model-agnostic experience across platforms such as Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, or similar LLM environments.Strong Python development experience and ability to build production-grade AI applications.What They Will Be BuildingThe team will be building an autonomous “Identity Harness” to implement software features end-to-end.The solution will:Take Jira tickets as triggers and convert them into epics/stories.Route work to specialized AI agents.Use agents for design, action planning, coding, code review, and testing.Implement model routing, retries, token-cost controls, and intelligent context management.Use non-LLM tools wherever possible to reduce token consumption.Provide observability, monitoring, alerting, and human intervention/kill mechanisms.Support business continuity when a particular AI model becomes unavailable due to policy, regional, or provider restrictions.
