AI Engineer

AI Engineer | GenAI & Agentic AIWe are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on AI Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade GenAI, Conversational AI, and Agentic AI solutions.This is primarily an Individual Contributor role (hands-on development / offshore team coordination), requiring strong expertise across GenAI, AI/ML, backend engineering, data validation, and React development.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deploy production-ready GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions.Build multi-agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, Haystack, or similar frameworks.Implement tool calling, contextual retrieval, memory management, and AI workflow automation.Develop RAG and hybrid search solutions using vector/graph databases.Perform data-quality validation, KPI/business-rule validation, reconciliation, and anomaly detection.Develop scalable Python APIs/backend services and React-based AI applications.Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.Implement MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, monitoring, observability, guardrails, and Responsible AI practices.Review and coordinate technical deliverables from offshore development teams.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, embeddings & prompt engineeringLangChain / LangGraph / HaystackPython, SQL, SparkReact.js, JavaScript / TypeScriptFastAPI / Flask / REST APIsVector & Graph DBs – Azure AI Search, Databricks Vector Search, Neo4jAzure OpenAI, Azure Databricks, ADFPyTorch / TensorFlowData validation & data-quality frameworksMLOps / LLMOps & production AI deploymentExperience building large-scale enterprise AI/ML solutionsGood to have: n8n, Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, Databricks Genie, Azure Functions, AKS, Redis, Bot Framework, API Management & Entra ID.
