You will work closely with senior engineers to build scalable AI components, automate experimentation workflows, and optimize model performance.Key Responsibilities:Support the development and deployment of AI/GenAI features, including prompt engineering, model integration, RAG pipelines, and evaluation workflows.Support machine learning (ML) model development, training, and fine-tuning.Collaborate closely with senior engineers to build scalable, production-grade AI components.Automate ML experimentation, evaluation, and pipeline deployment.Qualifications:3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI architectures.Strong proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and modern GenAI ecosystems (LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases).Proven experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and evaluation metrics.Solid understanding of MLOps, model integration, and cloud environments.Ability to thrive in an on-site, collaborative team culture (5 days in office).Apply now or send your updated CV directly!sasidhar.m@technogenindia.com
