As an AI Engineer, you'll play a key role in building the models, agents, and GenAI services that power an AI-native bank. Working closely with Data Engineering, AI Product Management, and Platform teams, you'll develop and deploy intelligent solutions that drive automation, customer experiences, and operational efficiency at scale. Responsibilities• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models, GenAI services, and AI-powered applications in production environments. • Develop agentic workflows, orchestration solutions, and AI services integrated into banking processes. • Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, vector search capabilities, and grounding services. • Create and maintain evaluation frameworks, behavioural regression testing, and monitoring processes for AI systems. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and deliver high-value AI use cases. • Apply modern software engineering practices including CI/CD, testing, observability, and AI-assisted development. Requirements• 6+ years of experience building and deploying AI, machine learning, or GenAI solutions in production. • Proven experience delivering LLM, RAG, or agentic AI applications beyond proof-of-concept stage. • Strong experience with cloud AI/ML platforms such as Databricks, Azure, AWS, and MLflow. • Hands-on experience with Python, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices. • Experience building AI evaluation frameworks, monitoring solutions, and production-grade observability. • Experience within banking, fintech, or another highly regulated environment is advantageous.
