The culture emphasizes innovation, practical problem-solving, and long-term partnerships.Role Description The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that support Aumnitech’s cloud and digital products. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing machine learning models, implementing neural network architectures, and integrating AI components into production-grade software systems. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, conducting experiments, and evaluating model performance using appropriate metrics. The AI Engineer will also contribute to data preprocessing, feature engineering, and the improvement of NLP-based capabilities for various applications. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.Experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including designing, training, and validating machine learning and deep learning models.Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, entity recognition, and language modeling.Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI (e.g., Python) and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.Knowledge of cloud platforms and tools for deploying and monitoring AI solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with data pipelines, MLOps practices, and version control (e.g., Git) is highly beneficial.
