Founded by researchers from IISc and IIT, the Bangalore-based startup builds solutions for network engineers, telecom providers, and OEMs.About the RoleWe are looking for an Applied AI/ML Engineer who can translate customer requirementsinto practical AI solutions and take them from problem definition to working implementation.Key Responsibilities Understand customer requirements and translate them into AI/ML use cases.Design end-to-end system architectures for AI/ML solutions.Build and prototype AI/ML applications using LLMs, RAG, agents, or traditional ML.Work with customers and engineering teams to deliver tangible outcomes.Evaluate models and approaches based on accuracy, performance, cost, and feasibility.Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.Stay hands-on with emerging AI/ML technologies.RequirementsStrong Python and AI/ML fundamentals.Good understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, agents, and model evaluation.Understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and deployment.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to quickly prototype a working solution to production deployment.Ability to learn quickly and work on ambiguous, real-world problems.Good-to-Have Projects / ExperienceBuilt an end-to-end AI/ML application rather than only a model/notebook.LLM/RAG application with a real data source and evaluation.AI agent or multi-agent workflow.ML system deployed through an API or web application.Computer vision, NLP, time-series, or anomaly-detection project.Knowledge graph or graph-based AI project.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud, or MLOps.Open-source contributions, research projects, hackathons, or strong GitHub projects.
