If applications are unavailable through this posting, you can also apply via this form: https://forms.gle/KsnGqmR5jkL39z4G9Working location: TMA Tower - Quang Trung Software City, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City (Office 6) Overview:  We are looking for a talented AI Engineer to build and optimize AI-powered products, with a focus on LLM based applications and agentic systems. Responsibilities: • Design and develop LLM-powered features and products across the full lifecycle — from prototyping to production deployment. • Implement agentic patterns including tool use, planning, and memory for AI systems. • Build and maintain data pipelines for synthetic data generation used in training, fine-tuning, and evaluation. • Deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models in production using MLOps best practices. • Integrate embedding models and vector databases into product workflows. • Own features end-to-end, working independently from scoping through delivery. Requirements: • Hands-on experience building products powered by LLMs. • Strong understanding of agentic patterns — tool use, planning, memory. • Strong backend engineering and proficiency in Python. • Experience with synthetic data generation for training, fine-tuning, or evaluation. • Experience with MLOps — model deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure. • Experience with embedding models and vector databases. • Ability to work independently and own features end-to-end. • Intermediate English skills. Nice to have • Proficiency in Go, C/C++, or Rust. • Experience with computer vision — object detection (YOLO), OCR, and deployment on edge devices. Benefits/Opportunity  ✓ Working in an international, dynamic and professional environment with many opportunities to develop career. ✓ Having opportunities of being trained oversea and working directly with oversea customer ✓ A stable and rewarding position where your long-term commitment will be highly valued.  ✓ Technical & Soft skills internal training courses  ✓ Many company activities (Sport and music festival, TMA Futsal league …) are held annually. ✓ Competitive salary and bonus.  ✓ Total Health Care Insurance  ✓ Loan Fund &Team Building Fund
