Visit website https://akabot.com to see more our activities.Job SummaryWe’re looking for a talented and experienced AI Engineer to join our team and help build the next generation of AI-powered automation and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions.In this role, you will work closely with Software Engineers, Product Manager, and Business Analysts to research, fine-tune, deploy, and optimize AI services. You will have a strong focus on document understanding, LLM prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and AI inference optimization.This is an excellent opportunity for an AI engineer who wants to work on real-world enterprise AI problems and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI automation products.Key Responsibilities· Research, fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI/ML models for agentic automation and IDP products.· Develop OCR/LLM-based solutions for document classification, extraction & validation.· Optimize LLM applications for cost, latency, accuracy, and scalability.· Conduct experiments, benchmark models, analyze results, and continuously improve AI model quality and performance.· Troubleshoot AI model, inference, deployment, and production issues.· Create technical documentation covering AI models, training processes, prompts, APIs, deployment, and operational procedures.· Support delivery teams and customers in resolving technical issues related to AI products.QualificationsRequired:· At least 3 years of hands-on experience in OCR/LLM/ML engineering, with strong practical experience delivering AI solutions to production.· Strong practical experience with OCR model training, document understanding, key-value extraction, and table extraction.· Strong experience with LLM system prompts and Prompt Engineering, including structured output, prompt optimization, and reliability improvement.· Strong experience with Python, PyTorch and HuggingFace.· Hands-on experience with LLM/VLM fine-tuning, including LoRA, QLoRA, SFT, and multi-GPU training.· Strong understanding of model evaluation, dataset preparation, training pipelines, and model performance optimization.· Experience with AI model serving and inference optimization using technologies such as Ollama, vLLM, TensorRT, Triton Inference Server, or ONNX.· Experience integrating LLM providers such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and/or self-hosted LLM models.· Strong understanding of LLM application architecture, including structured output, function/tool calling, context management, token usage, cost optimization, and latency optimization.· Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.· Good communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.Nice to have:· Experience deploying AI services on AWS or Microsoft Azure.· Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and building AI-powered web services.· Experience with Docker, Kubernetes for deploy production AI workloads.· Experience with AWS services such as S3, SQS, EC2, ECS/EKS, or GPU computing services.· Experience with MLOps and CI/CD for AI applications.· Experience optimizing AI workloads for GPU inference and production-scale deployment.· Experience with enterprise RPA, IDP or document automation solutions.What We Offer· Monthly salary up to $2,500 USD.· Annual bonus +13th-month salary.· Performance bonus at the end of the year.· Travel abroad to support technical/sale events.· FPT care insurance: dental check-up, annual health check.· All other benefits are based on labor law and FPT IS policy.
