The role centres on adoption and enablement across the business, backed by hands on building in Copilot Studio. This is less pure AI engineering and more subject matter expertise, training delivery, and governance, so it suits someone who enjoys working closely with the business as much as the tools. The roleAct as the organisation's subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 Copilot, guiding staff on new features and best practiceDesign and deliver training, workshops, and a Copilot champions network to drive adoption across the businessBuild custom copilots, plugins, connectors, and declarative agents in Copilot StudioTrack adoption metrics and usage patterns, and manage governance controls such as sensitivity labels and data loss prevention The person3+ years experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field1 to 2 years hands on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot StudioComfortable with Power Automate or Power Apps to extend Copilot workflowsExperience designing and delivering training or technology adoption programsAzure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Cowork experience is a plus, not requiredAbout weave.
