AI Engineer

We are looking for an AI Engineer to build secure, scalable, production-grade AI solutions for a banking client.ResponsibilitiesBuild applications using LLMs and VLMsDesign and implement RAG pipelinesDevelop document intelligence and enterprise AI use casesFine-tune LLMs using LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, SFTImplement embeddings, semantic search, reranking, and retrieval optimizationBuild AI agents and integrate AI services with enterprise systemsEvaluate and optimize model accuracy, hallucination, latency, and costDeploy AI workloads across cloud, private cloud, or on-premise environmentsRequirements4 to 6 years of overall experience in Software Engineering, ML, Data Science, or AIPreferably 2+ years of hands-on Generative AI / LLM experienceStrong experience with LLMs, RAG, VLMs, and LLM fine-tuningStrong Python skillsExperience with PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar toolsExperience with vector databases such as Milvus, Qdrant, pgvector, Weaviate, Elasticsearch/OpenSearchFamiliarity with vLLM, Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, GPU infrastructure, and production monitoring Experience in banking, fintech, or regulated industries is an advantage.We are looking for someone who can go beyond AI prototypes and build reliable, secure, enterprise-ready AI applications.
