AI Engineer

We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our long-term banking projects and contribute to the development and production deployment of advanced AI-driven solutions.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of hands-on professional experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering or a related roleHands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning and LLM-based applicationsExperience with Generative AI, LLM and RAG architecturesExperience with MCP and integrating LLM applications with external tools, APIs or enterprise data sourcesStrong understanding of MLOps practices, including model development, versioning, deployment, monitoring and lifecycle managementExperience in model serving, scoring, deployment and performance monitoringProficiency in Python; Java experience is considered a plusExperience with big data technologies; knowledge of the Apache ecosystem, particularly Apache Spark is a plusResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and deploy ML / DL / LLM-based solutions integrated into banking and enterprise processesDevelop production-ready Generative AI and RAG-based applicationsBuild and integrate MCP-based AI solutions, enabling LLMs to securely interact with enterprise systems, tools, APIs and data sourcesContribute to the design of scalable AI, big data, and analytical architecturesManage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML models, from development and evaluation to deployment and monitoringDesign, automate, and continuously improve MLOps and LLMOps processesMonitor model and AI service performance, reliability, and scalability in production environmentsCollaborate with data, software, infrastructure, and business teams to transform business requirements into scalable AI solutions
