Please apply only if you meet these eligibility requirements.Job DescriptionMain Roles and Responsibilities Design and build scalable AI/ML solutions based on project requirements as per communication and alignment with customer or customer interface.Process and analyze large-scale datasets to extract features and identify patterns for model training.Integrate and deploy AI/ML models into existing software systems and platforms.Apply statistical analysis and data validation techniques to ensure the quality and reliability of training data.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, sharing technical insights, and contributing to solution design to drive continuous improvement and innovation within own domain.Perform model evaluation, validation, and tuning to optimize performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.Mentor junior engineers by providing guidance on machine learning concepts, coding practices, and data analysis techniques.Utilize modern machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow or PyTorch for model development and experimentation.Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality frameworks applicable to the role and assigned projects.Perform other tasks as assigned by Managers.Mandatory RequirementsExperience: Strictly 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.Hands-on AI/ML Development: Proven experience in developing, training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models using Python and modern frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.Production AI Systems: Experience working with large-scale datasets and developing, deploying, and maintaining AI solutions in production environments.End-to-End Product Development: Ability to design, develop, and implement AI solutions from scratch, covering the entire product lifecycle, from requirement analysis and solution design to deployment and optimization.Generative AI & LLM Engineering: Practical experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Vector Databases.AI Agents & Intelligent Systems: Knowledge and hands-on experience in AI Agents, agentic frameworks, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Model-Based Development.Machine Learning & Deep Learning: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural network architectures, PyTorch, OpenCV, and image processing techniques.MLOps & Model Lifecycle: Familiarity with MLOps practices, ML lifecycle management, model validation and evaluation, and fundamental data annotation concepts.Software & Data Engineering: Strong Python programming skills, with experience in data modeling, data design, and AI software development.Communication Skills: Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
