AI Engineer

About the RoleWe are looking for an AI Engineer to develop innovative, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions as part of our digital transformation journey.You will contribute to AI initiatives across maritime logistics, fleet and voyage operations, business process automation, and decision support systems, working closely with the AI Architect, IT teams, and business stakeholders.We believe great technology starts with great people. Beyond technical expertise, we value integrity, accountability, mutual respect, collaboration, and a willingness to learn and grow together.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain AI/ML applications and services.Build LLM-powered solutions, including RAG systems, intelligent assistants, and AI agents.Develop predictive analytics, forecasting, optimization, and AI-driven automation solutions.Process and analyze structured and unstructured data for AI applications.Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, databases, and APIs.Contribute to model evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.Follow software engineering best practices, security standards, and responsible AI principles.Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate operational needs into practical AI solutions.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.0–5 years of relevant experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Development, or related fields.
