AI Engineer

Location: Sydney, AustraliaWe are seeking an experienced Lead Agentic AI Engineer to design, build and maintain intelligent AI agent systems for an innovative AI-powered chat application.

Key Responsibilities

Lead AI agent development using Google ADK or frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen or CrewAI.Develop backend services and MCP integrations using Python, FastAPI and FastMCP.Implement REST APIs, asynchronous workflows and SSE streaming.Integrate AI agents with backend services and frontend applications.Drive testing, performance optimisation, monitoring and production delivery.Provide technical leadership and mentor developers.

Key Requirements
