Build Next Generation AI Platforms In Financial ServicesYour new companyJoin a leading financial services organisation investing heavily in AI, data and digital transformation.Your new roleAs an AI Engineer, you'll design, build and support production-grade AI solutions that deliver measurable business value in a regulated environment. Working closely with data, engineering, architecture and security teams, you'll:Develop AI applications, copilots, agents and machine learning solutionsBuild RAG solutions, enterprise search capabilities and agentic workflowsCreate reusable APIs, prompts, orchestration patterns and integration componentsImplement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and MLOps/LLMOps practicesIntegrate AI solutions with Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and enterprise platformsEmbed responsible AI, privacy, security and governance controls into solution designMonitor model quality, application performance, usage, cost and operational reliabilityContribute to engineering standards, reusable frameworks and platform capabilitiesWhat you'll need to succeedc. 2+ years' experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Software Engineering or Data EngineeringStrong Python development skills and experience working with REST APIs, Git and automated testingProven experience building and deploying AI, ML or Generative AI solutions into production environmentsExperience with cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD and production monitoringStrong troubleshooting skills and experience integrating enterprise applications and data sourcesExposure to Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility or similar AI platformsExperience with RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, AI agents and orchestration frameworksKnowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, AI governance, security and privacy controlsFinancial services or other regulated industry experience will be highly regardedWhat you'll get in returnOpportunity to work on enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI initiatives with genuine business impactExposure to modern AI technologies including RAG, agentic AI and cloud-native platforms If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
