The team focuses on reducing manual work through automation and intelligent tooling, creating a modern environment for data-driven investing.Role Description This is an on-site internship role for an AI Engineer located in Minsk. The AI Engineer intern will assist in designing, implementing, and testing machine learning models that power investment research features. Day-to-day tasks include working with pattern recognition algorithms, experimenting with neural network architectures, and contributing to NLP models used to analyze financial texts and reports. The intern will collaborate with software developers to integrate AI models into production systems, help improve data pipelines, and participate in code reviews and model performance evaluations. The role also involves documenting experiments, presenting findings to the team, and iteratively refining models based on feedback and real-world usage.Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and coding in languages such as Python or similar.Knowledge of Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including experience with common machine learning frameworks and model evaluation techniques.Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), with interest in applying NLP to financial or technical texts.Ability to work with data sets, perform basic data cleaning and feature engineering, and interpret quantitative results.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.Comfort collaborating in a team environment, with clear written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and basic software engineering practices is an advantage.Interest in financial markets, investment research, or fintech products is a plus.
