AI Engineer

Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and motivated AI Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, along with practical experience in developing and integrating AI-driven applications.This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse AI initiatives involving Computer Vision, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, intelligent automation, and emerging AI technologies. The selected candidate will collaborate with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to develop scalable, efficient, and reliable solutions while contributing to both ongoing and future projects. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, evaluate, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for practical applications.Contribute to AI-driven solutions involving Computer Vision, image and video analytics, and intelligent recognition systems.Develop and integrate applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and modern NLP techniques.Explore and implement emerging AI capabilities, including speech processing, conversational AI, and real-time intelligent systems, based on project requirements.Support the development of scalable AI architectures, model-serving pipelines, and API-based integrations.Collaborate with Senior Engineers in technical planning, solution design, system integration, and performance optimization.Research and evaluate relevant frameworks, algorithms, and technologies to improve existing systems and support new initiatives, including ASM-related solutions.Maintain high standards of code quality, technical documentation, reliability, and engineering best practices.Take initiative in managing assigned responsibilities, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring timely project delivery.Qualifications, Experience and Additional Requirements:BSc in Computer Science & Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, EEE, or a related discipline.Candidates with strong technical expertise and relevant professional experience may also be considered.1-3 years of relevant professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or related software engineering roles.Practical experience in developing, integrating, or deploying AI/ML-based solutions.Experience contributing to real-world applications or production-level AI projects will be an added advantage.Employment Benefits & Other Details:Job Location: Mohakhali/ Dhanmondi, DhakaSalary: BDT 30,000–40,000/month, based on experience and positionOffice Time: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PMWeekly Holidays: 2 daysFestival Bonus: 2 per year
