You’ll be the sole engineer on the use case, taking it from POC to production on an existing agentic platform, working closely with Commercial Project Managers and the business product lead.What You’ll DoOwn the design and build of the agentic claims engine end to endExtract data from long contract PDFs into a structured, validated data modelBuild an agent that detects claims and change orders, linking each to the relevant clause and evidenceDesign the human-in-the-loop review process for business expertsImplement reusable skills on the existing Deep Agents (LangGraph) harnessAdapt evaluation sets, add OpenTelemetry observability, and set up Terraform and CI/CDWhat We’re Looking For5+ years in software or ML engineering, including 2+ years building LLM or agent systems in productionStrong Python and hands-on experience with Deep Agents, LangGraph or similar agent frameworksStrong AWS experience, ideally including Bedrock, plus DockerLLM evaluation experience, including grounding outputs in cited sourcesEPC, construction contracts, claims or legal tech experience (preferred)Confident working independently with business stakeholders, fluent in written and spoken EnglishWhy This RoleA single missed claim can be worth several hundred thousand euros, so you’ll own a high-impact AI solution from day one, with the team set to grow as it scales.
