About RollicRollic is an Istanbul-based game developer and publisher.Founded in 2019 and acquired in October 2020 by Zynga, who joined the Take-Two roof as of May 2022.Rollic has over 3.5 billion downloads across its diverse portfolio of games and, thanks to an intensive development process utilizing a massive test pipeline, has a steady cadence of globally hit titles such as Color Block Jam, Timeline Up, Crowd Express: Boarding Puzzle, Hole People, Knit Out, Gecko Out, Drop Away all of which have gained millions of downloads worldwide within a few months after their release.About the RoleWe are looking for an AI Engineer to help redefine how creative content is produced for mobile games.You will leverage the latest advancements in generative AI to create high-quality visual content, prototype new creative workflows, and develop AI-powered tools that enable faster creative production.Working closely with the Revenue Operations and Tech teams, you will identify high-impact opportunities for AI and transform them into production-ready solutions.Main ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain AI-powered applications, tools, and workflows.Create high-quality AI-generated visual content, including images and videos.Research, prototype, and evaluate emerging AI technologies.Collaborate with the Performance Marketing and Tech teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.Build reliable, scalable, and production-ready AI systems.Stay up to date with the latest advancements in generative AI and help drive adoption across the organization.Required SkillsStrong software engineering fundamentals with professional Python experience.Experience building applications using modern LLMs and multimodal AI models.Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation.Experience with AI agents and workflow orchestration.Experience integrating AI solutions into production environments.Strong problem-solving skills with a product-oriented mindset.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with ComfyUI or similar node-based generative AI workflows.Experience with open-source image and video generation models.Familiarity with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and inference pipelines.Experience with Unity or the mobile gaming industry.Discover our perks and benefits:Competitive salary to help you reach your highest potentialMeal compensationRelocation support to IstanbulState-of-the-art equipment in your welcome packageGaming room & lounge area to relax and rechargeA pet-friendly office where your furry friends are welcomeGym area in the Rollic officePrivate health insurance24/7 online well-being & mental health supportLearning & development via Take-Two’s employee programA chance to take responsibility and improve your skills continuously.
