Pakiza Software Ltd. is looking for AI EngineerJob Description / ResponsibilityDesign, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and services.Build Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for real-world business problems.Develop applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.Build AI Agents, Chatbots, and intelligent workflow automation systems.Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.Develop and optimize *Image Processing* and *Computer Vision* applications.Build *Face Detection, **Face Recognition, and **Face Verification* systems.Develop *Video Processing* solutions, including object detection, object tracking, and activity recognition.Build OCR-based document processing solutions.Perform data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.Train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.Integrate AI services with web, mobile, and enterprise applications.Deploy AI models using Docker and cloud platforms.Collaborate with software engineers, QA engineers, and product teams.Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks.Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, accurate, and production-ready.Educational RequirementsBachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.Experience Requirements2 to 4 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Software Company,Garments,TextileAdditional RequirementsMinimum *2+ years* of experience in AI/ML or software development.Strong programming skills in *Python*.Solid understanding of *Machine Learning, **Deep Learning, and **Artificial Intelligence* concepts.Experience with *PyTorch* and/or *TensorFlow*.Strong knowledge of *NumPy, **Pandas, and **Scikit-learn*.Experience with *Computer Vision* and *OpenCV*.Hands-on experience in *Image Processing, **Face Detection, **Face Recognition, and **Video Processing*.Experience with OCR technologies such as *Tesseract, **EasyOCR, or **PaddleOCR*.Experience with *OpenAI, **Google Gemini, **Claude*, or similar LLM APIs.Experience with *LangChain, **LlamaIndex*, AI Agents, and RAG architectures.Knowledge of *FastAPI, **Flask, or **Django*.Experience with REST APIs and Microservices.Experience with *PostgreSQL, **MySQL*, or MongoDB.Familiarity with *Git, **Docker*, and Linux environments.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Job LocationDhaka (Dhanmondi)
