Join us on our journey in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in developing an AI-powered Product Advisor , leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM technologies to support customers throughout their sales journey, from product discovery and consultation to contract completion.You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to design, develop, test, and operationalize intelligent AI solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement Agentic AI workflows and customer advisory capabilitiesDevelop, optimize, and maintain LLM-based applications and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architecturesBuild and orchestrate AI solutions using LangGraph, LangChain, and LangfuseTranslate complex business requirements and rules into reliable, scalable AI agent behaviorsDefine and implement quality assurance frameworks for AI-driven interactionsDevelop and execute AI evaluation strategies using tools and methodologies such as DeepEval and GEvalSupport deployment, monitoring, and operationalization of AI solutions in production environmentsCollaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery

Key Requirements
