Our AI Solutions Engineer is turning that work into automations, agents and tools that Sales, Operations, Support, Marketing and People use every day — and there are far more good ideas than hands to build them.That's where you come in. You'll work side by side with our AI Solutions Engineer as your mentor, building AI solutions real teams rely on — not demos that end up in a drawer. You'll see how an AI project goes from a business problem to something live, get regular feedback along the way, and leave with production work (LLMs, n8n, Claude Skills, CRM integrations) you can actually show on your CV.What you'll actually doBuild AI-powered automations with your mentor, from first prototype to something a team uses daily, connecting LLMs and n8n with our core systems (Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Ringover).Create and improve Claude Skills and lightweight AI tools that take repetitive manual work off business teams' plates.Sit down with teams to understand how they work, capture what they need, and help turn it into the right AI solution.Test your prototypes with the people who'll use them and iterate based on their feedback.Support the AI Solutions Engineer on bigger projects — agents, integrations and Azure AI Foundry — to learn how they're scoped, built and rolled out.Try new models and tools as they come out, and share with the team what's worth adopting.What you bringFinishing (final thesis included) or recently finished a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Telecommunications or AI Engineering; Industrial Engineering, Data Science or Mathematics are welcome with solid software and AI foundations.Python and Git, plus good software fundamentals from class, projects or your own work.A clear grasp of how AI works: what an LLM is, how it differs from an agent, and where its limits are.You use AI well beyond chatting with an assistant — including coding with AI while understanding exactly what the code does — and can walk us through a project or workflow where you've put it to work.Proactive and curious about the business, not just the tech: you ask why a team needs something, welcome feedback, own your tasks and aren't shy about proposing bold ideas.Spanish and professional English, and availability for a 40-hour week.Bonus points if you...Have built an MCP server or a RAG pipeline, even as a side project.Have played with n8n or a similar automation platform.Have used LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI or similar) in a university or personal project.Have a GitHub or portfolio with AI projects, or have taken part in hackathons.Are interested in payments, fintech or retail tech.How we workFast, autonomous, low-bureaucracy.We measure output, not hours in a chair.Resilience means iterating until it works — not giving up early.What's In It For You🌍 A hybrid model that works – Enjoy the energy of our office 3 days a week and the flexibility of working remotely the other 2.⏰ Flexible schedule – because we trust you to own your time and your outcomes.🚀 A dynamic, fast-growing environment – where each day is unique and every idea counts.🤝 A collaborative mindset – surrounded by people who genuinely enjoy building together.🎉 Regular afterwork & teambuilding events – activities to relax, connect, and strengthen team bonds.If you're ready to jump into an exciting environment and make a real difference, this is the place for you.By applying for this job, the candidate acknowledges and agrees that any personal data contained in their application or supporting materials will be processed in accordance with Frekuent's Privacy Policy.
