AI Engineer Intern – Vision-Language Models

With 150+ clients worldwide, we combine global reach and deep technical expertise to deliver high-impact solutions.We’re looking for an AI Engineer Intern to join our AI team and contribute to advanced projects involving Vision-Language Models, Generative AI, and NVIDIA technologies.About the InternshipAs part of our AI practice, you will work alongside experienced AI engineers and data scientists on the development and optimisation of multimodal AI solutions combining computer vision and natural language understanding.You will have the opportunity to work with NVIDIA technologies, state-of-the-art AI models, and real-world use cases.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Model Development: Support the development, fine-tuning, and evaluation of Vision-Language Models (CLIP, BLIP, LLaVA, etc.).GPU Acceleration: Contribute to training and inference pipelines using NVIDIA GPUs and technologies such as CUDA, TensorRT, and NeMo.AI Agents: Participate in the development and integration of AI agents using inference APIs.Data & Evaluation: Help prepare multimodal datasets, run benchmarks, and analyse model performance.Research & Innovation: Explore emerging approaches in Generative AI, multimodal learning, and agentic AI.Collaboration: Work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and other technical teams on real client and internal projects.Your ProfileCurrently pursuing a Master’s degree or final year of engineering school in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, Computer Vision, or a related field.Good knowledge of Python and machine learning/deep learning fundamentals.Familiarity with PyTorch and AI frameworks such as Transformers or Hugging Face.Interest in Vision-Language Models, Generative AI, LLMs, and multimodal AI.Knowledge of NVIDIA technologies (CUDA, TensorRT, NeMo) is a plus.Previous academic, personal, or internship projects in AI are highly valued.Fluent in French and English.Curious, rigorous, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferHands-on experience working on real-world AI projects.Exposure to state-of-the-art NVIDIA infrastructure and technologies.Mentorship from experienced AI engineers and experts.Opportunity to develop expertise in Vision-Language Models, Generative AI, and AI agents.Collaboration with international teams and clients.Hybrid work model in central Paris.Potential opportunity to continue with TowardsChange following a successful internship.
