AI Engineer (LLM Systems & Automation)

Immediate Hiring | Full-Time | Onsite in DubaiSSG Events is a fast-growing media and events company building AI-powered content and intelligence platforms across multiple industries.We are looking for an AI Engineer to take ownership of the systems, infrastructure, and automation behind our AI-driven content workflows. This is a hands-on role for someone who has built and operated production AI systems and enjoys solving real-world engineering challenges.What You'll DoBuild and maintain production-grade AI and LLM-powered workflowsDesign systems for data ingestion, processing, classification, ranking, and summarizationDevelop workflow orchestration using LangGraph, Temporal, LangChain, or similar frameworksIntegrate data from APIs, RSS feeds, websites, and other structured and unstructured sourcesImprove reliability through monitoring, observability, retries, and failure recoveryOptimize AI performance, latency, quality, and operating costsDeploy and manage cloud-based infrastructure and automation pipelinesWork closely with leadership to continuously improve and scale the platformRequirements3+ years of software engineering experienceExperience building and operating LLM-based systems in productionStrong Python programming skillsExperience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar AI platformsExperience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Experience with APIs, workflow automation, and data pipelinesAbility to independently own projects from architecture to deploymentPreferredExperience with RAG, vector databases, and retrieval systemsExperience with AI evaluation and monitoring frameworksExperience in media, publishing, search, recommendation, or content platformsStartup experience with high ownership and fast executionCompensationFixed monthly salary + performance bonusPerformance-based salary progression:Month 1: AED 4,000–5,000Month 2: AED 5,000–6,000Month 3: AED 6,000–7,000Additional growth opportunities based on performance and contributionLocationDubai, UAE (Onsite)Start DateImmediateOnly candidates with hands-on experience building and operating production AI systems will be considered.
